Shipping and Handling

Standard ground delivery to the lower 48 states will be within 3 – 6 business days once the package has shipped (weekend delivery may be excluded in some regions). Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday – Friday. Overnight USPS Priority Mail Express orders are available for delivery Monday-Saturday. There are no Sunday deliveries. We will accept USPS orders Monday at 9am through Friday at 1pm.

Note: Any order that comes in AFTER Friday at 1pm will be sent out on the following Monday or if it is a national holiday, the following Tuesday. We do not ship to PO Boxes.  Shipping and handling will be charged at the time of shipment, calculate costs with your Zip Code at our checkout page. In the event, the original purchase contained a pre-order or backorder item, shipping and handling will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment.

Shipping Charges:

Currently we offer cost calculation by weight for all USPS orders. The cost calculator determines the cost of shipping by several factors through an online API; the type of shipping, the weight of the package and the delivery address.

Shipping options can be viewed at checkout screen with a valid address and Zip. See checkout estimate with your valid address. 

PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for lost, misdirected, damaged or stolen shipments.

Sales Tax:

Sorry all you cool Californians, but you will be subject to an 9.25% sales tax if the order is shipped within California state lines. All other states will NOT be charged sales tax.

Payment:

All orders must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Payment Security:

Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All order information is encrypted until it reaches our customer service department. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we will be pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call 1-310-274-4401 9am-5pm PST. As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, we advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an e-mail message.

Returns:

We want you to love your purchases from SKN. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on skincare products that are mostly used or after 30 days of purchase. If you return an unused item within 30 days, we will credit your credit card, no cash refunds. Send your return via an insured and prepaid method  include your receipt and packing slip and the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable on returns. Send returns to:
